1 fennel (about 400 grams)

50 grams of grated cheese

1 deciliter of cream

3 hearts of artichoke (about 150 grams)

Put some oli in the baking dish

Flush the potatoes and cut them into pieces

Cut the fennel and cut them in small pieces

Cut the artichoke in 2 pieces and give them in a bowl with some oil

Flavour well the artichokes with some pepper

Give the artichokes, the potatoes and the fennel in the baking dish

2 deciliters of water

Flavour with salt and blend well and add 3 deciliters of water

Preheat the baking oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat)

Give the grated cheese, the cream and some water in a bowl and blend all

Cover the baking dish with an aluminium foil

Put for about 90 minutes inti the baking oven

Take the baking dish from the baking oven

Puth the blend with cheese and cream on it

Put it back into the oven without the aluminium foil
-
Ready to eat
